Get involved in developing a God-honoring healthy lifestyle through our Outreach Center's activities.  We offer a variety of activities for all ages that promote physical and emotional well-being to complement your spiritual development.

Classes in Jazzercise and Karate for all ages are offered on a regular basis.  Seasonal  programs like Upward Basketball, golf and tennis lessons, walking and running groups are also available.
